This presentation will provide attendees with an overview of the management of individuals with chronic ankle instability.  The presentation will include both conservative and operative management for these individuals.  A fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon will discuss clinical decision making for operative management and describe surgical fixation.  Post-operative management of these individuals will also be discussed along with progressions of return to sport for individuals undergoing operative management (including return to running).
