This presentation will provide attendees with a brief overview regarding evidence for assessment and intervention for children with diagnosis of idiopathic toe walking with a larger focus on clinical reasoning and intervention strategies to develop effective treatment interventions for this diagnostic group.  Information will be presented through lecture and case study formats.
