This presentation will provide attendees with an advanced understanding of management strategies for individuals with chondral injuries to the ankle joint.  The continuum of care for individuals that have sustained a chondral injury to the ankle will be explored.  Etiology, examination, management, and outcomes assessment for these individuals will be reviewed in addition to the clinical reasoning employed in operative and post-operative care.
